MEET DOM MARTINEZ

Dominic Papagni-Martinez is not your average 13 year-old. With a strong dedication to his education, competitive soccer, as well as drifting - he has stronger mental fortitude than most men twice his age.

Dom’s interest in drifting originally started in 2013 when his father began competing in local events. When Dom’s dad began teaching him how to drift on his own - he instantly fell in love. Once Dom had the basics down, he found himself sharing the track with other local drivers and even placed 2nd in the first competition he drove in.

With some events behind him, Dom’s father became friends with Formula Drift Pro Driver, Matt Field - who he asked to train Dominic. Within a single day of training, Matt could see Dom’s skill increasing and the potential he possessed was unreal.

In 2016, Dom will be competing in the Golden Gate and Just Drift ProAM series. With his eyes on the prize, this young driver will without a doubt join the ranks of top drivers world wide in the years to come.
